Last year Surf Cat was in the race and, with Super Frolic, pressed Lava Man through a half in :45.90 and 6f in 1:10.35. Is there anybody in this field who is going to try to cook Lava Man this year? Remember, the 'rabbits' finished far back, while Lava Man hung on to be third by less than a length. LM was so exhausted by this effort that he had to be vanned off the track. It wasn't the time of year that cause LM's defeat, it was the pace scenario.

You don't have a heart if you aren't rooting for Lava Man ... an honest, hard-hitting, professional race horse.

Giacomo at 3-1 is the biggest sucker bet in history.

Good Reward is the best value at 10-1 or more.

Default Somebody sell me on Good Reward

Looks Ok on paper, but his last win was over such juggernauts as Artie Shiller and Relaxed Gesture (who both were recently embarassed chalks). I'm really just comming around to paying more attention to horses, but I think "P Diddy" has a good chance. He ran a pretty solid race against Suave (who I think would mop all these). Maybe he's due. Lava Man looks to be the best, but if you are trying to beat him, why not Perfect Drift?

"Wow, Mr. Brooklynite ... yesterday you gave us Pine Island ...

... and today you gave us a $33.00 exacta ... this will really shut up the troglodytes now ... won't it?"

Well, young man ... I'm afraid it won't. You see ... troglodytes are the way they are because ... well ... because they're ignorant and stupid ... and nothing shuts up people who are so stupid that they don't know how stupid they are. Do you understand that, son?

"Well ... kind of, Mr. Brooklynite ... I think I do. Will you be giving us any more winners, sir?"

Hmmm ... I might ... and then again ... I might not. You'll just have to keep reading all my posts to find out.

"Oh, thank you, Mr. Brooklynite ... I always do that ... everybody does!"

just curious....where on this thread does it say that you gave us the exacta??

"Good Reward is the best value at 10-1 or more" does not constitute you giving us the exacta.

and Pine Island??? LOL....she wasn't even money for nothing yesterday. You and 10 million other people thought she was the clear winner....

Come on B.B., give us a break

This is what I mean, son. Troglodytes can't comprehend subtlety or nuance. It's beyond their grasp ... kind of like trying to teach differential equations to a chimpanzee.

Even if you spell it out in baby talk ... they still won't get it.

Evidently someone of your high intelligence doesn't understand the meaning of giving out an exacta.

So what you are saying is that anyone can say "this horse is great value at 10-1 or higher" and if he finishes out the exacta everyone should bow down and kiss their ass???

You gotta do better than that.....son.
