bolt is a complete freak! 20.09 and jogged 75m. tomorrow night should be a big time Blowout and WR.

I'm starting to look forward to the 400m final.

Shawn Crawford has grown up considerably in four years. He used to act like Bolt does now. I guess seeing your coach go to jail and your buddy banned and stripped of everything will humble anybody.

How do you hit that with the lead leg (the hurdle, not Lolo)? She hits it with the trail leg and she probably still wins.
