If Tiger doesn't grab the lead tomorrow ... he's done.

Never has come from off the pace in a major ... and won't do it this time either.

You know my first thought when I realized that Tiger and Phil would be in the same threesome the first two days was that it wouldn't be good for either one's chances of winning the tourney. As much as they dislike each other, I thought both would have wasted mental energy playing each other instead of the course. Gee what a surprise, they shoot the same score the first day. Not that either played bad, they both played well. But you can see the tension between them. Lets see what happens today.

Tim I believe the same threesomes are in effect today as yesterday. After the cut the pairings Saturday are based on score through the first two rounds.

You may have a point. How about The third in that group, Ogilvy. He sure didn't get caught up in that either as he shot 69 as well. Today will be very interesting to follow what they do today. Bet Tiger doesn't come out and bogey the 1st hole again. He butchered that par 5 and we know he birdies them most of the time. They said the rough was so high they had some of the gallery helping the officals find his ball. lost 2 shots on that, should have been 67 on that round.

The 2nd round has been traditionally when Tiger does his best work to secure himself a place of contention for the weekend. I doubt very much him and Phil shoot the same score today.
