Than who? Proud Spell? I don't know that there's anyone definitively, but there are a few who are at least as good. And three-fourths of the field is better than Mushka. Plus, for a one-run horse like Music Note, I'd rather face five horses with one good one than eleven horses with a handful of good ones.
