The suggestion from Jerry Brown was that Indian Blessing was worth playing against given the huge prior effort, the outside post and her conceeding weight. He used the two fillies as examples of spots where scores are made LONG TERM betting against..
He was amazed at how terrificly Indian Blessing ran, no matter who she was running against, and expects that she paired up her (neg) -4. And note how she came down he lane like an arrow...

so now, 21 posts (counting mine) in a thread in which the start of the thread is essentially incorrect?
with zenyatta, she's always going to be the class of a field going in. ginger punch managed a third to her, so i don't think anyone is going to argue that zenyatta far and away heads the distaff division. but we all know the record of unbeatens, so it's safe to say that eventually this horse will lose. trick is finding when. but again, if there was no strong stand at the seminar, the rest of this thread is moot.
