That story may need some updating, as Steve mentioned over on the selections board:
FYI.. Re: the DMR signal on Xpressbet.. Restricted as of now in California, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. ... Sounds like TVG is looking to be able to carry some of the TrackNet signals in exchange for letting the Del Mar signal out. Doesn't seem like an insane request, but as a bettor this whole ADW thing seems insanely counterproductive.
