This requires being very close.

A lot of in synch rhythm must be used.....a lot of synchronized shoulders....very little foot movement. ....but a lot of going up and down...back and forth.......side to side.....you know----NerdyDancing.There is one part in the beginning where footwork is used.....and I spin you...and throw you away like a boomerang.......................................EA UXH!!...you didn't come back!!...........oh my.
