You know they run the grass races at Mountaineer early in the card b/c of dew forming later in the night in WV, b/c of slippage so it does happen.

Very happy she didn't break down.

hope she's 100%...what a wacky ending to the card. the 8 horse unseats her rider prior to the race and was very hard to catch. then Tizlater falls...time for a break.

TVG may have suggested she was ok, but she was vanned off and later reported euthanized ... Very sad ...

The charts described the fall as a breakdown, and a reporter from the Daily News reported the sad result . I found this on another forum . Wish it WEREN'T true . In fact, I would be delighted .

Me too Rand...like you and I said yesterday...it looked more like a harmless slip across wet grass or something....such a shame.
