Actually it has been LEGALLY available in the US for 10. Maybe that is why we didnt see it. Mr. Arthur may have unwittingly just admitted to using an illegal medication in his practice for up to 15 years...
I know there were guys using it back in the early 1990s. They were importing it from Canada.

Dr. Arthur never said that he was using it back then.
