Whether it be a closer, who's last quarter is their fastest, as was the case with Higher Incentive or a loose on the lead speed, like Viva La View, who might get a break in the middle quarter?

I started breaking down the turf races the other day and tired of it. Accelerated last 1/8th's are not typical. They happen but certainly not a majority of the time; and not off 21.64 quarters.
