12 Hit batters in Rays-Sox games this season, most between any two teams.

22 Suspensions stemming from Rays-Red Sox incidents since 1998.

78 Rays hit by Sox pitchers 1998-2008, most of Rays opponents, third most by Sox.

97 Sox hit by Rays 1998-2008 out of 790 total Rays HBPs, most of Rays opponents.

These teams have really grown to hate each other over the years. Should be a lot of fun over the next three nights.
I just hope the 35000 Red sox fans in the seats dont decide to fight the poor Rays fans, all 27 of them...

The 27 fans will hold their own in a rumble. Most of the Boston fans down here are over 60 (Boston natives) or under 20 (bandwagon "fans").

It just fires the Rays up. Doesn't matter who the people in the crowd are rooting for, they are 30-13 at home, including sweeps of the Red Sox, Cubs and Angels.

Your boy Longoria is heating up nicely for you.

Almost renewed my mlb.com subscription today (to watch the Redsox Rays throw at each other tonite.) Decided against it. Already paying too much for a sports package with DISH. Wish they had it on ESPN. They are showing the Mets(instead.) I don't want to see that. I want to see the RAYS-REDSOX "protecting their players."

Upton homers to lead off the game.

Third batter Aybar gets plunked.

It has started already.

Went to the Rays/Pirates game last Saturday. There was an equal amount of Rays and Pirates fans there, about 500 ea. The Rays are a nice young team to watch, not like the S*ck *ss minor league Pirates.

Went to to see the Indians game tonight...found out they're playing in Chicago.

My run of bad luck is turning around.

You certainly saw a better brand of ball than this year's version in the empty stadium. They're only 6 down tonight. Were the sox favored by 7??

I thought it was 6.5,but you may be right.

Go to Cleveland.com and read Livingstons column on the Indians today.

It's highly amusing...as well as too true.
