I love the ML in the Phili Park race. Palmilla will be very close to odds on if not 4:5.

She's a layover.

The placement of the race by Monmouth is confusing but at least you're not betting it blind as the bet closes ten minutes or so before post for that race.

The outside horse is probably the one that's going to get bet at first glance.
