![]() You're only using two horses so obviously you think he's a standout. The Gomez horse has a really unimpressive pedigree (although Catienus is ok) and she'll be overbet because it's Asmussen. The 2 would be no surprise, the 3 doesn't have the best trainer for FTS but she's got the pedigree for this and a pretty steady work pattern, the 6 isn't impossible, the 8's a total mystery, the 9 could improve, and obviously the 10 is the one to beat. Just seems like if you're not going to single the 10, using only the 1 is kind of arbitrary.

the 10 ran huge first out, i normally wont be horses like that, big leads and quit, but he is a 2 yr old and should improve, and dutrow is big time second time out... so i think he is the standout, i think if he were to stumble the 1 is the next most likely winner... so are you saying i should toss the 1 and single the 10 ? |

![]() No - either single the 10 or go more than 2 wide. . . There are six firsters in the race and 4 other lightly-raced horses and you're banking on being right about which one can run off of limited info and without getting any value.
