This should be a real concern to horseplayers around the world, and each of you playing the Pick 4's at the TVG tracks should be signing up for this petition. This will be taking out a great deal of dead money from these pools, because the number of people that are playing the TVG Pick 4 tickets and constantly dropping an extra $48 into the pools al of the time and rarely (if ever) hitting them will hurt the pools.
Sign up as fast as possible, because horseplayers need dead money from idiots following the leaders of TVG to great riches...
