I have to agree that Kobe has some deficiencies in certain areas of his personality, but I think the guy who has what Kobe lacks is Fisher. Fish has all the team leadership qualities that were missing before he came back to the Lakers. He is very important to this team. He seems like a lot better player now, too. He is better.
But Fischer is not a PG.
At the two position much better.
He is very slow. Very good hands but very slow.
But with Kobe, you dont have to be a true point.

If the Lakers had one of the other PG in the west,
they would be impossible to beat.
