Being sued by Keeneland for half a million dollars Welching countless debts Cannot pay down a 20k casino marker Lying about being a "high profile banker" Having leins against him for welched payments Lying about working at Goldman Sachs In the real world thats enough to make people question someones integrity, and possible second guess an investment. In horseracing he doesnt really seem like that bad of a guy!
