These guys are shameless. Do they really need the few dollars this might bring in? I am guess Iavarone doesn't own much of Big Brown and is doing anything he can to put money in his own pocket.

Firms like the one Iavarone worked for own the stocks and sell them to people who dont know better/were convinced by scum like Iavarone that the company is good. The firm makes money and leaves the client holding the bag. The guy has numerous SEC charges against him and the firms he has worked for have been sued then shut down. I wish him luck starting a hedge fund with his past. Watch the movie Boiler Room to see what this dirtbag is all about.
