Have you seen some of the cleanup hitters in the AL Central? Between Victor, Thome/Konerko, and Sheffield it isn't a pretty bunch. Meanwhile Molina is hitting .323 with 36 RBIs.

Victor is having his issues, Dye is now hitting clean up for Chicago (for close to 3 weeks) and Ordonez, not Sheffield hits clean up for the Tigers. Realistically Molina will wind up at .280 with 17 HR and 80 Rbi's which is pretty close to what he usually does. And which is woeful for a clean up hitter. Linecum has kept the bottom from falling out in SF but it is coming.

You are right on Sheff, that's what I get for believing rototimes. Thome was cleanup last game for the White Sox for whatever that is worth. After Ozzie's blowup it wouldn't surprise me if Pierzynski is batting cleanup tomorrow.
