LOL...TOLD YA...LOL...For some reason, they really do almost always go against that jock...LOL...I'm not saying it's right or wrong....That could have gone either way (it was a hard 1st bump .) Put it this way, if it was Gomez on Bodacat, then that horse was staying up.

Exactly. The stewards in Cali are clowns. Most inconsistent group in racing.

It was a foul(that 1st bump was enough to effect the horse.) We are so used to horses staying up (when they foul,) that we have no clue what they are going to do. That lil Mullins filly 2 weeks ago (in a minor stakes) for sure fouled another horse. There was no way that filly could of won without fouling, but somehow they left her up.
