![]() As a Man U fan, I'm glad, but that was a miracle win. After playing a great match, I feel terrible for Terry. Shootouts are a horrible necessary evil. I don't see how a fan can feel too great after a shootout win. I guess you take it any way you can get it.

The goalies are mic-less. Shootouts blow....in any sport. I can't stand them defining the outcome of a hard fought game and that was an unbelievably hard fought game yesterday. The hatred those two teams have for each other certainly boiled over. Question for our resident Euros, does FIFA/UEFA (or whomever presides over the Champions League) ever look at the tape after the game and issue fines/suspensions, etc...for shitty behavior missed by the referee? |
