So,you can't stop them from cutting purses,right? Unless you stop entering horses,right? Why have the discussion then? I would certainly expect them to want to delay paying people that are keeping some of their customers from betting. I don't think it makes sense for trainers etc. to think a track is gunna keep paying them the same purses while they block internet players. How does that make any sense?
