I guess Skip Away and Cigars only come around once or twice a lifetime, huh? Man I miss those 2. I wasnt a huge Cigar fan but he did what horses were meant to do- RUN! And without the excuses, which kind of get old.
Sun King winning a grade 1 this year is a big if. His chance was on Saturday and unfortunately got the wrong bob. GREAT effort though and I wouldnt call him a hanger just yet.

I'll tell you what though, could Zito and Farmer send Sun King to a gaggle of GIII or GII races out there and have him pick up win after win? I think they probably could, but they're still throwing him in against the big boys. I think I can respect that.
