I went back to check on the BODOG website
They have caps of $30,000 per race on Level A Tracks (like NYRA, SO.Cal, Churchill types) $5,000 - $15,000 caps per race on lesser tracks Those caps are really really high but not good if you play pick 6 but I rarely do. They also offer 5% rebates on Exotic Wagers and 3% rebates on Straight Wagers. Also, there is no deposit fee charge. Is this site to good to be true???
