Does anyone know how it works with the 2 and 3 scratched, I think you get the 7 because he was favored, they don't refund you, do they?

They have scratch rules on the Keeneland website.

It says if there is a scratch "after wagering has concluded" you get the favorite.

So, I assume since wagering was not completed, there will be refunds on the 2 and 3....

Hard to say. You either get doubled up with a 6-5 fave. or you get part of your ticket back.....
