i guess if a trainer runs 2-3 horses at him he cant win, if not he crusies...

does not seem fair to me, that a monster like him is derailed because of rabbits... beat him on your own... he is a 7 yr old, ny bred, gelding

Sure it's fair. Learn to rate. Good horses do it. If anything, it's not fair to the rabbits.
