Contessa gives me more trouble than any other trainer in NY. He's impossible to read.

Didn't have Fort Drum in any capacity, so that eases my pain.

Last summer at the Spa, Contessa was very high on Like A Rose....he told me that he thought that she was his best 2yo filly....I waited for her to come back but passed last weekend at the short price and passed today on the quick run back...

Liked that Donk runner in finale and had bookends of pk4. Contessa got me in middle legs... Three days to mull it over.
