You guys are absolutely ridiculous. YOu have said some real stupid stuff, but do you realize how bad they would get beat? 3 year olds don't beat older this time of the year, MAYBE towards the end of the year, and even then it is stretching it...

How well have they done? I have no idea, but there is a six month difference there, that is completely different....

So 3yo's can't beat older at the end of March but can beat them at the end of May? Why is that?

I think Scavs was objecting to someone saying that the connections of a top 3yo might run in the $12 Dubai World Cup race.

The race will probably be for ages 4 and up - and even if it wasn't - no one is going to run a top American 3yo against the worlds best at 10 furlongs in March.

Big Brown could probably beat the upcoming Oaklawn Handicap field

$12 million will make people do some crazy things. Maybe a top contender like a War Pass, Big Brown or Pyro wouldn't be sent over. But if I've got a horse like Massive Drama that I'm sending over for a $2 million race at 9f, I might be tempted to consider a $12 million race a furlong longer. I don't know what the scale of weights is over there but if it's big enough, it might be something to consider. At least with some fringe contenders.

Honour and Glory won the Metropolitan in May. I guess that's the earliest it's going to happen if it does?

So did Holy Bull, Conquistador Cielo, Gulch, and Dixie Brass. Housebuster ran second between Criminal Type and Easy Goer.

n hemisphere 3 yo's have been decimated year after year running against horses 6 months older.

they can't beat the jv team. so let's run 'em against the varsity.

The Dubai World Cup is for 4 year olds and up anyway.

That is what I thought. You definitely can't get in the race as a 3yo in Gallop Racer.

Which is incredibly frustrating when I have one that I'm pretty sure could win it.

3 year olds are still developing this early in the year. Where did I say the end of May?

They don't really step up to face olders until the JCGC or within that area to see if they are BC Classic ready

How many times have you seen a 3 year old beat older this time of year?
