As far as availability, not that it's a secret or anything, but there is a brand new Hampton Inn going up right across the street from The Parting Glass (Lake Street).
On the good deal side, there is a Best Western on South Broadway, just outside of "downtown". It's somewhat new. Check it out. I've had a few friends get some good deals there. Eric
