WOW!! What an f'd up system the Texas Democratic Party has going on.Are you kid'n me? 1/3 of the delegates are given out in the caucus(which looks like a disaster.)The other 2/3 of the delegates are given out by voting in private.Hillary won that by about 100 thousand votes. Now wait, they don't give out delegates by the amount of votes statewide. They give out delegates by the district, and Democratic stronghold areas are given more delegates than the more rural Republican dominated districts. How about we just count up peoples votes.Same as in the National Election in November.Forget the damn state your in.Just add up each Americans vote.Period.For a country that claims be to "fair" and just.We just aren't.If your a Democrat living out in the Texas countryside, evidently your vote in the primary doesn't count as much in the primary as some Democrat from an inner city Dallas district. Then, that same Democrat out in the Texas Countryside really doesn't have any reason to vote in November, because this is a red state.Someday, this crap has to be looked at.Just because you're a voting minority in a state, shouldn't make your vote useless in a presidential election. This is the case for Democrats in Texas, and Republicans in New York etc.

the electoral college was put in place so that smaller, less populated states would have as much say in the election as the larger states. i don't see that system going away any time soon.

Scuds.
I think ultimatley you are good fella.

But jeez you are right and then so totally wrong on so may levels
about a state you know very little about.

I am very long winded (naugghhh), so I will just take on
one section; the bolded one. Then if you want more, if you
really want to know more about how it works here...
I could continue. Although the rest of the board might
want to throw up as I have many fans.

The bolded section favors democrats big time. BIG TIME.
And you are right about it being unfair.

Scuds one other thing to think about.

Rush Limbothersome let Bill Clinton on his
show and basically let him talk without
any real sort of challenge... Why?

I might add Clinton has not lost a step.
He was very, very good.

Good man for bring all this up as it is
interesting. Clinton is still on the ropes
and about to go, and Texas Republicans
HELPED.
