They cross-fire while running in a straight line.

Cross-firing in horse racing terms, not show horse terms, is when a horse is on one lead in the front and a different lead in the rear while galloping.

In the Green Monkey's case, he was on his right lead up front and on his left lead behind.

In show horse terms, he call it cross-cantering.

here is the video, and you are wrong. there's nowhere he's offstride. it's close to physically impossible to work that fast unless the stride was perfect.

the horse was a bum. just like a lot of them at 2YO in training sales.

Of course he was cross-firing. Ask a trainer. Ask anyone else on here who knows what cross-firing is...

He was on his right lead up front, and his left lead behind. He never once switched behind like he should have.

I give up... I don't even know why I try.

I just asked one, and also another who knows more in her pinky about horse conformation and physics than you would ever know. Both of them agreed with me,

If you supposedly knew this then why didn't you call up Coolmore and tell them before they got involved??? Oh yeah, because you're wrong.

Well, he was a beautiful mover up front, and worked fast, but I would steer clear of a horse that cross-fires all the way down the stretch or switches leads like crazy down the stretch.

I'm not wrong. Ask The Bid or Cannon Shell. I'm sure they know.

Whoever you are talking to, does not know what they are talking about.

The horse is on one lead up front, and a different lead behind.

Why would I care about saving Coolmore any money?
