2/23: KNS tires to 6th in Tampa ALW

Well, the pace horse today would have been tough to run down. We might have been another fast closing 2nd battling the 6 horse. At least if we run 2nd tomorrow we just lost to a very good horse rather than being beat by a poor pace scenario.

Just FYI.....Now they're sayin' 50 % chance of rain. Plan accordingly.

Hope it holds off til after the race.

Off the turf would mean no Paris Winds so might not be a bad thing. Electric Sky looks dangerous if it goes off the turf though (she's probably really dangerous in a thunderstorm).

I don't know if Chuck would run if the track came up really off. Even without Paris Winds I see some others that could pose a problem. Not nearly as bad as P.W. though.

It's an open allowance we are putting a horse we claimed for $20,000 in, not going to be easy no matter what. I think I'd be happier with a few horses that could pose a problem instead of one that definitely poses a huge problem.

just looking forward to seeing her on the track again. she seems to enjoy herself out there.

KNS doesn't know she's a $20k claimer. in her mind she can run with RTR.

We will run if it comes off. She is doing really well and I am anxious to run her and we would qualify for a special date next time out meaning we would be a lock to get into the 50000NW2 race when we chose to run. Tampa is a pretty good track even if it is sloppy (not great but better than most)
