PedigreeQuery.com Providing Incorrect Info

Anybody can go on that site and change any info they want. There is always a lot of incorrect info on there, because people just don't update things, add incorrect info etc.

i don't remember if they put transsexual, transgender...whatever it was, it was HILARIOUS.

That site also offers pay per view for various data. The reclassification of a horse to chef-de-race would have to be done internally by the site managers. That is not a function that a customer, paying or otherwise, can do.

I find pedigreequery to be an informative, fun, interactive site. I pay the $10 per month fee because it's worth it to me. Sometimes it takes that site some time to update the constant changes in dosage, new reines, etc.

Dosage changes are relatively rare and the site managers don't have to update all of the offspring once a horse is re-classified as a chef-de-race. They only need to adjust the sire and the offspring dosages will self-calculate. I'm most disappointed in the lack of customer service from PedigreeQuery, as I have called and E-mailed on this matter and no one will respond. If they are willing to accept my money, they ought to be willing to respond to inquiries as to why their data is incorrect.
