Default Duke vs Carolina

Must watch game tomorrow featuring #2 Duke at #3 UNC. One of the greatest rivarlies in sports. Being a huge UNC fan I fear that if UNC doesn't start playing better the Blue Devils are going to run all over them. UNC last couple games have been tough games against mediocre teams. Also UNC may be without starting PG Ty Lawson. Duke has a nice balance attack with 5 players averaging 10 points or more. They are led by Nelson and Henderson avg about 15 points/game.

Yawn--who cares about this game. This game doesn't mean a thing. Both teams are going to the NCAA Tourney so this game is strickly for bragging rights only. I cannot put any NCAA basketball game in there as one of the greatest rivalries in sports. The regular season matchups between these schools doesnt mean a thing. It is good entertainment but that is about it.

It really doesn't get much better then Carolina vs. Duke

Not many, if any regular season college games have two broadcast teams. ESPN will have Patrick/Vitale and Raycom/FSN will have Brando/Packer.

Regardless of the home court, the visiting team has faired surprising well this decade. The potential loss of Lawson could prove to be the difference maker tomorrow, though I expect the game to be an extremely hard fought, physical battle (aren't they all).

In another classic, Carolina prevails 78-75.

If they come up short, hopefully they won't be any crying Carolina fans this time - that was embarassingly awful.

GO HEELS!!!

It doesn't. Chapel Hill is abuzz today. I absolutely love it! Too bad I will be studying tonight because I have a big exam on Friday, but I will have the play by play on my computer. I hope we can bring it to Dook tonight!

Glad to have another Tar Heel on the board

And I agree about the crying fans. I thought it was sad, but nothing to cry about!

Maybe they will handle Duke better than they did the Terps. UNC hasn't looked very good lately.

I don't think that we have played too bad under the circumstances though. I am very hopeful about the Final Four Championship...

Very frustrating. Not the same team without Lawson. Poor games from Ellington, Green and bad free throw shooting coupled with great 3pt shooting by the Dookies.

Look forward to the re-match in a couple of weeks.

GO HEELS!!!
