I was out watching P Ortiz BLOW the ride on Catalana at 5:1.

I don't know who's going to win that race. It's tough; but if I were betting I'd certainly wouldn't take a horse that couldn't beat maiden claimers on the turf.

Since the going is off, I suspect that the race will come down to a mad dash in the stretch. As such, I'd think that Heat of the Night and HotStuf would have stronger kicks than Nombre De Dios. I'm not so quick to dismiss HOtStuf's last race, as he was too close early and they come home very fast.

I think that Tastefully Smart is interesting: though, he was probably a bet last time out. Doubtful he gets a perfect trip again.
