i felt from the get-go that this was a rotten, horrible move. times like this that i wish i was being proven wrong.

that sound you hear is the final nail being hammered into the coffin known as the jockeys guild. they can't seem to find a way not to keep shooting themselves in the foot. not sure tho that this will fly, manley 'accepting' an offer that was no longer being offered. i suppose it's too much to hope for that he'll just go gently into that dark night....

Just read the link above. This just depresses me. The guild is so pathetic. I can't even be angry anymore. You just have to feel sorry anyone who has to be a member of such a sad, disfunctional, pathetic, inept, ridiculus organization. Samm, will the guild have any influence on tracks that set up their own program? I hope not. Lets hope that all the tracks go in this direction.

I think you will see colonys bail... I heard the NJ jocks are ready to... Philly and Deleware already have... and they are making progress!!
