Campy was one of the greatest catchers ... one of the most decent human beings ... and one of the most tragic figures ... in recent American history.

A three-time MVP ... Hall Of Famer ... first African-American catcher in the major leagues ... and tragic quadraplegic for the last 35 years of his life ... one of the most beloved and inspiring Americans of the 20th Century ...

... and Koko calls him a "nobody" ... just to get back at me.

Heard of them yes. Could I pick them out of a lineup and tell you if they are black guys or white guys. No way. I just found out who Roberto Clemente was because my 60 yr old father was reading a book on him.

I said that in the thread, but I am not going to let some old man call me a racist. If you ever read some of the garbage he writes in the threads where the later part of this thread belongs, this guy is a lunatic. He doesn't like me because I am a Real American and his first allegiance is to another country.
