I'll tell you who I would claim next time out, though. There is a 3 year old filly named ONEFUNSONOFAGUN,and she has the best desire I have seen from a horse in a long time. Not the most talented, but she is all business.Every race she has been in she has been given everything she can possibly give.Even when she ran 4th,it was because Talamo didn't try to save a thing.Just let her run off,and she was empty top stretch, but was only beat for 2nd place very late. That is an amazingly tough-minded horse. They named her well.

Loser puts up money for a pick 6 on a large carry-over day(OR A DAY KNOWN TO HAVE HUGE POOLS.)Picks are to be mainly those of the winner of the JONES' bet.The loser of the JONES' bet gets to pick 5 horses on the ticket. They can be in just 1 race,or up to 5 of the races. The reason for that is based on my opinion that people are generally better with what they like than what they don't...This means that I think people have a better chance together if they give their best plays for the day,and ignore their distaste for other people's favorite horses....People are just better at picking a positive than picking a negative.A trusted 3rd party(if you choose) can hold money until day for the bet comes. That person can be the one who makes the bet.Any winnings dispersed equally between us.Amount of ticket to be agreed on before 1st pitch of the Dodgers first game of '08.....31 home runs or more(during a regular season schedule) will result in Chuck winning.Anything less, and Scuds wins it.No post season included. No All star games included. No divisional tie-breaker games included.Minimum number of at bats to be agreed upon before Dodgers 1st game. The reason this bet is offered up is to cushion the blow of this stiff hitting 18-25 home runs as another overpaid Dodger free agent signing.

See,she agrees with me.She shows up again (in today's 3rd ) with the big effort. She bringin' it.She gunna keep bringin' it,cuz she's a racehorse.Ain't lookin' to lay down like most of the others. No quit in her(huge will.) She is tired mid-stretch,but she ran hard on the turn. She ain't givin' in .She and the horse she had to catch are both tired, but look at the run to the wire. She is drawing away from that horse. She got a tough bobb to get heated for 1st,but she'll beat that one next time(like she beat the Tijuana girl today.)

So,Chuck we gun do this? What's the minimum at bats you want? 80% of whatever his highest year (for at bats )was? No playoff games at all(not even to decide the division winner.) Loser pays for a pick 6 ticket that we each split the winnings from. Yes,it is a genius cover bet.If you lose the bet, you still have a chance to get the money back(and then some.)The amount of the p6 ticket can be your choice...$50 for each win you have in 2008(at the time that the 1st Dodger game begins.) Please include (as a win) the race where the gate got in the way...or....$10 for every pound that Andruw is overweight(again at the time the 1st Dodger game begins.).....30 hr or less n' Scud wins.......31 or above ,and Chuck wins.

BB was claimed from Chuck today. You're going to have to train another one of his horses now Scuds.

Do you really not like the guy Scuds?
I do not follow baseball that closely anymore
but I just remember constant highlights of him
running down just about everything in CF...

He saved so many runs for the Braves...

So he has soured on baseball or what?
