Greg Williams is a great defensive coach. If he does take over as head coach I hope he will do a great job. If nothing else, perhaps it will mean the coaching staff will remain cohesive. Granted he's had a shot with the Bills, and things didn't work out. I know Gibbs highly respects Greg, as do the rest of the team, and that is something an outsider would have to earn in time. only chuck noll won more super bowls.

and gibbs the only guy to win three with three different qb's. i'd take him over the stinky tuna any day.

I never really liked him the first go around or the second, but I have to admit I changed my mind towards the end of this season. He showed a ton of class over Sean Tailors death. Hope he enjoys his retirement. Is he already in the HOF?
