Thanks for your post, MMSC...as always, you bring to light a side of the game that sometimes is overlooked. Sometimes, it is easy to forget that the animals involved are living, breathing beings as well, and have feelings like anyone else.
Not to mention, they are so easy to get attached to!

Thanks again, sad to see the losses, but important to remember as well.

Also we should add football programs which were finally put to rest and are now dead and buried for years.
