I spoke with Peggy Hendershot after her presentation today, and she is very, very optimistic that this can be done. But, it may very well take the active participation of the racing world to pressure the legislation to pass this. This was a big help in getting very similar legislation passed regarding poker winnings.

This will be a very big opportunity for horseplayers across the country, from internet players to OTB players to live players to make a stand and help bring about a positive change for the bettors...
