Nothing suprises me about the state of Virginia. Thats why I didn't retire there.

not sure about virginia. but i do know of a man who flipped off a cop who passed him going in the other direction. the policeman turned around, put on his lights, pulled the guy over, and wrote him a ticket or arrested him-can't remember which. case went to the supreme court, where they ruled it was free speech, no law broken.

Now if we could just get a law passed saying that guys cannot show their underwear or buttock cracks in public and that if listening to music, it cannot be rap swearing at me at full volumne at the lights.....

freedom of speech does not give you the right to yell "movie" at a crowded fire.
