I would really like to know the % of people that learn from the first time. I personally think if you get a DUI, it is three days in a minimum security jail. I think the % of 2nd time offenders would lower because I am guessing even minimum security is not fun.
What does Wayne Lukas have to do with this?

I want to know the % of people without Alzheimers who get lost in their hometown despite NOT being under the influence?

My hometown is Mount Prospect, IL.....I know about 95% of it. There is like 8 million people in Chicago and a whole lot of space, it wasn't like we were lost, we took a longer route to the destination.

seems this guy has a tremendous problem. but until he decides it's a problem, and that he wants to fix it, no one can do a thing for him.

I guess the jury recommends six years in prison and for Norman to pay a $5k fine.
