It would be a sad day to see operations cease in New York. There is plenty of blame to go around. I doubt we see an interruption. However, I would like to see a business model that actually works from any group.

NYRA's business model would work if they were given control over their own product (ie OTB) and a decent revenue stream from an alternate source (slots)

Well that might be the case, but almost any model would work if they got those two things. It boogles my mind that they do not have control over their own product. Almost seems illegal that they don't.
