I have a question -- does Peter Magowan have any liability here?

Peter Magowan's liability seems to be talent evaluation or hiring those with that ability. As for the Bonds indictment for perjury and obstruction...no.

I still can not believe that the federal govenment has nothing better to do then investigate steroids in baseball and wrestling. Maybe after this is done they could have hearings on which is better Poly or Cushion.

Bonds has been unfairly scapegoated for this issue. The amount of drug abuse in sports is monumental. My guess is the multiple thousands of users in pro sports since 1990 won't have to go through a grand jury. But you're right...not good to lie once you get there!!!
