I think if you can stand to call TVG's 1-800 number they will give you the pick-4 tickets over the phone.

seriously, you'll need to be good to hit them with only $50. they usually stick some rather large fields into the late pick4, especially the last race where they like to put a 14 horse field of maiden claimers.

good luck and stick to it, you should do well I would think against the tvg group.

By the way, for purposes of matching them i think they increased their budget to $60, but i could be wrong.

I do have to say their Q-horse guy at Los Alamitos (the Asian guy) is excellent. He doesn't just throw tickets out there, if he likes a horse he'll give you a compelling reason why.

Onaka, he is very solid, the best ticket structure person there.

Only first two weeks are Friday nights, rest will be normal afternoon post time.
With Writers strike on and reruns of Letterman Leno and Kimmel on instead, Live from HP isnt a bad filler.
