I never understood the concept of racing on polytrack. Its only good for horses training on it. Horses spend more time training than they do racing.

I used to think that way....until this current meet started. Now instead of handicapping Polytrack horses running on Polytrack, we're handicappng a bunch of Polytrack horses running on real dirt. Obviously I'd rather have only real dirt but now one never knows if a horse is in good form or if the good Poly race was fraudulent.
