I remain flabbergasted how anyone ranks Oklahoma ahead of Kansas. Kansas has zero losses. Kansas beat Colorado on the road. Oklahoma couldn't beat Colorado on the road. They had the same test Oklahoma had...they passed, Oklahoma failed...until Kansas loses there is not one sane person who can rank Oklahoma ahead of them.

History.
Its not just about this season.
Oklahoma is a perennial powerhouse.
Of course the voters will tell you differently.

He is on the verge of becoming a black hole if he adds anymore mass to that frame. I would rather our Solar System not end in this manner.

NASA has already reported he has an noticeable effect on Pacific tides.

1. Ohio State (60) 10-0 1,616
2. LSU (5) 8-1 1,523
3. Oregon 8-1 1,517
4. Oklahoma 8-1 1,421
5. Kansas 9-0 1,329
6. West Virginia 7-1 1,327
7. Missouri 8-1 1,260
8. Boston College 8-1 1,051
9. Arizona State 8-1 1,042
10. Georgia 7-2 1,021
11. Virginia Tech 7-2 923
12. USC 7-2 817
13. Michigan 8-2 783
14. Hawaii 8-0 776
15. Texas 8-2 735
16. Connecticut 8-1 665
17. Florida 6-3 623
18. Auburn 7-3 611
19. Boise State 8-1 372
20. Clemson 7-2 340
21. Alabama 6-3 335
22. Tennessee 6-3 245
23. Virginia 8-2 212
24. California 6-3 127
24. Kentucky 6-3 127

Now we only have 7 teams available for the BCS title game. The top 7 on the list. Losing late in the season is not helpful. Arizona State and BC just eliminated themselves most likely. I would probably count Missouri out but they have a shot because they can eliminate Kansas and Oklahoma which gives them a shot.

Still predicting Ohio State against Oklahoma in the Title game.

I understand that. It's still wrong. IT should be only about this season...the whole season. You have to toss in the Oklahoma team that played Colorado and Iowa State with the Oklahoma team that played Missouri in the rankings. I don't agree with Cannon Shell, that it is highly unlikely Kansas goes undefeated...all they have left are Missouri (at home) and Ok State on the road. Two winnable games in my opinion. I think it's at least a 50-50 shot they go undefated in the regular season. OF course the Big 12 championship game against most likely Oklahoma would be where it could all come crashing down (and prove how smart those pollsters really are!!). But to me at this point they are clearly number 1 in the Big 12 and should be the highest ranked Big 12 team in the polls...they beat K State and Colorado on the road and Texas A & M on the road...granted those aren't powerhouses...but still very good road wins. Texas couldn't beat K-State at home and Oklahoma couldn't beat Colorado. There is zero excuse for them not to be the highest ranked Big 12 team in the polls at this juncture.

To me it's like if LSU were 8-0 and beat Georgia on the road and Florida was 7-1 and lost to Georgia and the pollsters had Florida 4 spots higher in the polls. Would there be no discussion or outrage at that in Louisiana?? Or Oregon is 8-0 and beats Cal on the road and USC is 7-1 and loses to Cal and USC is ranked 4 spots higher in the polls. Would any of those scenarios ever happen?? I don't think so. The Kansas/Oklahoma rankings are completely obscene.

You know they do run an occasional 5 1/2f thoroughbred race at Pocatello Downs in the 3 week May/June meet! You bring Sumwon or Kickin and I'll guarantee a winner's cricle photo and you'll get to split that $300 winners purse as well!! Something to think about for sure.
