he runs saturday in the san diego, after that, i would imagine, if he runs well perhaps the pacific classic at 10f 8-20-6,
although he has never run 10f i don't think. the san diego is a prep for the PC on the 20th.

a couple of very nice stakes coming up there on the left coast. i like Papi Chullo but maybe they should have saved his first back for the SD H.

I thought as they came into the stretch that Papi had come in on the horses inside and squeezed them for room. The fact that those horses were backing up at the time makes no difference, according to the rules, as I understand them, but it still has to hurt.

yeah Arroyo said PC was lugging in so i guess it was the right call. still a bummer for PC.
