I really don't think exotic betting can be legal in New Jersey. I've never seen anything exotic in New Jersey. Maybe Hawaii, but New Jersey?

It should be call chronic betting in NJ.

How come I've heard race calls where horses run on the grandstand side yet have never seen a horse in the grandstands?

And how do horses wine? White or red?
