Wow, that is quite a move by Cosmonaut. Considering he had a clear lead in the stretch in the Shadwell Turf Mile and lost, I'm not sure he needs more speed...

This free site has all recent (going back to August in some cases) recorded workouts for contenders in all divisions, with daily updates.

Old Man Buck is adding blinkers and now going to the regular Juvenile. . . That work must have had something to do with the decision. . .

Discreet Cat - 5F at Belmont in 57.46!!! That makes me a little more reluctant to toss him now. . .

Smokey Stover had his last work, before heading to Monmouth, in Northern CA under Russell Baze. Aaron Gryder is scheduled to work him (an easy work) tomorrow morning over Monmouth.

And Indian Blessing - who owns the most spectacular 5.5 furlong MSW win at Saratoga this decade - had clearly the second fastest work at the distance...one full second slower.

It's nice to see after a couple wasted years that they are finally doing something to DC's benefit....getting him on his toes coming into a race....it's too bad they waited until he's ruined to take the kiddie gloves off.

OK, I have to bet on this horse on NAME alone.

Thumbs up Ekati

hey is anyone taping the works workouts on tvg ?

I am looking the tale of Ekati work.

I can't find the fractions anywhere. He went 4 in 45.79. I wanted to know how quick he started. - The slower the better.

-thanks

I saw he is also replacing Perry Ouzts with bejarano. I was hoping for a price with Ouzts riding. He'll still be a price now, but he should be on the dirt.
Ya I don't really like him at all in that spot. . . Didn't really like him in the turf either, though. . .

Default The Leopard works with $$$$

This from the DRF today: Freudian slip, perhaps?

The Leopard (Juvenile Turf) worked in company with The Green Money and covered his final three furlongs in 36.56 seconds.
